Brightmont Academy, a private school specializing in one-to-one instruction, announced today the opening of its Northville campus the first to serve the greater Detroit area.

Brightmont Academy’s concept is the first of its kind to open in Detroit, where one experienced teacher works with one student throughout every learning session.  Brightmont Academy started 14 years ago in Washington state and has opened eight campuses in four states.

Brightmont Academy offers a flexible, engaging learning environment. Most students attend full-time, though parents have three enrollment options.  Students can attend full-time and earn a diploma issued by Brightmont Academy, take courses to earn credit toward a diploma issued by their local high school, or receive K-12 tutoring support.

This campus will serve the growing interest in customized instruction in the Metro Detroit area including Northville, Livonia, Novi, Plymouth, Canton, Farmington, Farmington Hills, and West Bloomfield. Brightmont Academy, Northville is currently accepting enrollments and holding open houses Tuesday March 5^th from 4 - 6pm and Thursday March 7^th from 9:30 –11:30am. The Northville Campus is located at 39209 6 Mile Road, Suite 175 in Livonia, just off I-275, across from the Northville Village Center.  Brightmont Academy, Northville is the 8th campus to open in the US.
