Novi, Michigan – October 5, 2012 – The Novi Athletic Boosters will host “A Toast to Athletes” wine tasting on November 3, 2012 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM in the Novi Civic Center in support of Novi High School and Middle School athletic programs.    

Guests will enjoy a variety of over 25 specially selected wines by Carmela Specialty Foods and Fine Wine as well as a delicious assortment of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie.  The wine list represents some of the most famous and prestigious wine regions around the world including France, Italy, Spain, New Zeeland, Chile, Australia, Argentina, South Africa and California.  Carmela Specialty Foods and Fine Wine will also have wine experts in attendance to enhance your wine tasting experience.

Live entertainment will be performed by saxophonist Tola Lewis.

A silent auction and wine auction will also be held during the event.

All proceeds from “A Toast to Athletes” wine tasting event will be earmarked for the planned weight room expansion project at Novi High School.
