Nine Mile Road is now open after summer construction.

Nine Mile Road has reopened between Taft and Beck roads.
Construction closed the road to west-bound traffic in early July for repaving.
Some work remains, including sidewalk work, lane painting, as well as topsoil, seed, mulch and irrigation. This work should be finished by Sept. 21.
The project is contracted out to AJAX Asphalt and is 80 percent federally funded.
