High Winds Could Cause Damage, Power Outages Friday night

The National Weather Service has issued a high wind watch for Oakland County for Friday night into Saturday morning.
According to the NWS, winds of 35-40 mph are possible, with gusts up to 60 mph. The strongest winds are expected between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
The strong winds may also be accompanied by thunderstorms, likely on Friday afternoon. There is also a chance of rain and snow showers overnight.
