The sign has gone up on the soon-to-open Walmart in Novi.
Construction of the 150,000-square-foot Supercenter is finishing up in Novi Town Center, and the store is set to open on August 15.
The Supercenter will include a full grocery area with fresh meat and produce, dairy and a bakery. The store will also include general merchandise such as apparel, home goods, sporting goods, automotive, personal products and electronics.
The store will create 300 new jobs, and those interested in applying can visit the hiring center at 40400 Grand River Avenue, Suites A & B.

It is very disappointing to see on your poll that at that time, 52% of responders are indifferent and 37% don't want a Walmart in Novi. Walmart has placed a huge investment in our community - Novi and Michigan (they will get tax money as well) need this Walmart and we all need to support them with smiles on our faces.

It opens at 8 a.m.! Then it will be open 24 hours a day.
