Walmart On Schedule To Open In Novi This Summer
Progress can be seen on the construction of the new Supercenter.
The new Walmart being constructed in Novi Town Center is still set to open late this summer, according to Wal-Mart Director of Communications and Community Relations Daniel Morales.
Construction began on the 150,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter last summer.
Morales said that Wal-Mart will be opening up a hiring center in the early part of summer to staff the new store.
Novi City Manager Clay Pearson told Novi Patch last June that the megastore should breathe new life into a “difficult retail environment” by moving onto the site.
