Exercise Like a Pro at Novi's Anytime Fitness

Gym members get free advice from professional trainers.

Every Anytime Fitness member gets a personal trainer. "It might be a person's first gym membership. It's kind of overwhelming if they've never done it before," said Patrick May, manager of Novi's Anytime Fitness, which recently celebrated its ribbon cutting.  May said 85 percent of people who come to Anytime Fitness have never joined a gym before. That's why all new members are enrolled in the "Fit 4 Life" program, which gives them one hour with a personal trainer, two basic workout demonstrations and three follow-up appointments. People do have to work during the week. Farmington is open on Saturdays. I have lived in Novi for 15 years and have always wondered about this. Ernie McGregor   more ›
