Learning Objectives:
- students will learn vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension
- students will learn how to make appointments, go shopping, make and receive phone calls, and other necessary skills
- students will learn important aspects of American culture
Term: course runs during the school year with seasonal trips to places like Cider Mills, Frankenmuth, Tulip Festival, etc.

Orchard Hills Baptist Church has been run by Pastor Jon Hix since November of 2001. It is a Southern Baptist church. The church is located on Novi Road between Nine and Ten Mile Roads. Orchard Hills Baptist Church has a history in Novi dating to 1963. The church maintains an active youth ministry and mission-centered activities for teens and young adults.
