CONTINUING YOGA
Designed for the Yoga student who has been in a regular practice. We will combine Sun Salutations with variations for a Vinyasa-style class. Bring a yoga “sticky” mat and a firm blanket to class. Please wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing and avoid eating 2 hours prior to class!

YOGA FOR EVERY-BODY
A more gentle approach to the practice of Yoga; focusing on breath and postures; includes a short meditation. For beginner students, or for those who wish a more gentle practice.
