ZUMBA W/ BODY TONING
Zumba is a fun and effective cardio workout; not only will the music be inspiring, the dancing and fun will be contagious! Bonus body toning and abs workout at the end of the Zumba portion of this class. Our Fitness Motivators Zumba class is designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. Students please bring a mat and hand weights.
