Have kids to keep active during the holiday break? The City of Novi Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department is offering the first-ever Camp Winter Blast on Thursday, Dec. 27 and Friday, Dec. 28, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Township Hall in Fuerst Park for kids ages 6-12.
Designed with fun in mind, activities include outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, holiday Olympics, a mystery field trip on Friday, group activities, and more. The camp will allow participants to let off a little steam before starting the second half of the school year. Additionally, it will serve as a preview to the type of activities Camp Lakeshore will provide this summer.
To register for the program, visit cityofnovi.org by Thursday, Dec. 13. The cost of the program is $64 for residents and $74 for non-residents. For questions, contact Greg Morris at the City of Novi Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services office at 248-735-5646 or gmorris@cityofnovi.org.
