Dots Opens in Novi Town Center

A new women's fashion store has opened in Novi Town Center.

Dots, which opened in mid-October, offers clothing, jewelry, lingerie, perfumes, shoes and more. Clothes come in sizes 0-24, and the store caters to women ages 25-35.

Store manager Janette Khalaf said what makes Dots stand out from other women's stores is its customer service.

"Our customers are definitely more important to us than anything," she said.

She added that ladies can also get trendy clothes at Dots for great prices.

"You can get a complete outfit for under $100," she said.

Khalaf previously managed the Dots stores in Farmington, Canton and Livonia and is excited to now be running the store in Novi.

"Its the kind of job you don't dread coming to," she said. "This is a very beautiful area in a great location."

She said the store has already seen a lot of regulars even though it has just been open a month, and she has encouraged them to spread the word.

"Come out and see us," she said. "See what we're all about."

Dots operates more than 400 stores in 28 states, and each store gets new shipments twice a week.

The Novi location is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
