Varsity Lincoln of Novi remodeled its entire showroom, changing the customer experience.
Varsity Lincoln in Novi is making big changes. The grand opening for the dealership's completely renovated showroom is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at 49251 Grand River Ave.
The customer lounge is transforming into a customer business center that will include WiFi and large screen televisions to keep customers busy while they wait, said Jennifer McCloskey, business development and leasing manager.
"It's a whole new look, really," she said. "Everything from new floor tile to new ceiling tile."

The event will feature music from Fantasy Strings, a live strings trio, and hors d'oeuvres, desserts and coffee, according to Lisa Damico, of Varsity Lincoln's business development center.
"Coming in and seeing it firsthand is the most exciting," she said.

Guests of the grand opening will be able to see the new 2013 Lincoln MKZ luxury sedan. Those attending will also have a chance to enter to win a 16 GB iPad with Retina Display WI-FI.
