Rojo Mexican Bistro Celebrates Free Taco Day Thursday
Rojo Mexican Bistro in Novi is celebrating its new menu by offering customers a printable voucher good for one free 'Kick Ass Taco' on Aug. 2.
Two words: free tacos!
In celebration of its new menu, has declared Thursday Free Taco Day, where every guest can enjoy live music and a free 'Kick Ass Taco.'

“We look forward to providing an opportunity for our loyal and new customers to be our guests and taste the newest additions to our menu including Shrimp Diabla Tacos, Tacos de Chorizo, and Portabello Tacos," said Dan Linnen, co-owner of Rojo Mexican Bistro, in a prepared statement.
Free taco vouchers can be printed off Rojo’s website and be used for any one of the restaurant’s 15 new Kick Ass Tacos, with the exception of the Kick Ass Grande Taco.

No additional purchases are necessary, but the offer is for dine-in only.
“Our Rojo Mexican Bistro concept has been very successful in Novi, Rochester, St. Clair Shores and at Partridge Creek,” said Joe Vicari, President and CEO, Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, in a prepared statement. “We feel it is time to expand our menu and create the hottest, most creative, and tastiest tacos in town and an atmosphere to match. The combination of great music and our great new menu creates the perfect backdrop for a fun filled afternoon or evening with friends.”
Rojo Mexican Bistro is open for lunch and dinner with live entertainment on weekends. It will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday for Free Taco Day.
