1. The weather
Today will be partly sunny with a high of 51 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will be at 14-17 mph with gusts as high as 26 mph. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low of 45 degrees and a 40 percent chance of rain.
2. Gas prices
According to DetroitGasPrices.com, the lowest reported gasoline price in the Novi area as of Friday night was $3.28 per gallon at the Speedway on Haggerty and 14 Mile roads.
3. CC football semifinals
's football team takes on Rockford today in the state semifinals in Battle Creek. If the Shamrocks win, they'll head to Ford Field for the final game on Nov. 26. Go Shamrocks!

4. Hockey tournament
The Metro High School Invitational continues today at from 11:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. All games are open to the public and cost $7 for adults and $5 for seniors. Children 5 and younger get in free.
