1. The weather

Today will be mostly sunny with a high of 62 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low of 48 degrees and a 40 percent chance of showers.

2. Gas prices

According to DetroitGasPrices.com, the lowest reported gasoline price in the Novi area as of Saturday night was $3.33 per gallon at the Speedway at Haggerty Road near 14 Mile Road. 

3. Plan ahead: Thank Mayor Landry

Novi will host a community open house Monday to say "thank you" to Mayor Dave Landry for his service to Novi. The event runs from 6-7 p.m. in the Atrium before the regular city council meeting. Light refreshments will be served.
