Here's a list of what's closed in Novi on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.
The following will be closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
- Novi City Offices
- Novi Public Library
- Novi Senior Center
- Novi Recycling Center
Twelve Oaks Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
