Balance-Training and Falls-Prevention
Come for a fun and laughter-filled hour focused on improving your balance. Starting with a balance self-awareness inventory, you will learn about balance reactions, your brain, and exercise. You will have a chance to try various exercises, gentle movements, and breathing techniques to improve your posture, walking, and standing balance.
