Join Claire as she takes your through a gentle and authentic yoga practice honoring the traditional Raja yoga of India. This class offers basic yoga postures, gentle flowing sequences, mind body awareness techniques and breathing and relaxation exercises. A gentle class for all levels which will leave you feeling refreshed, more flexible, relaxed and positive. No prior yoga experience needed and all levels of fitness welcome, including pre/ post natal, seniors, over-worked athletes, over-stressed professionals and those who just feel they need an hour to calm their bodies and minds. Mat required.
