Novi Dog Diagnosed with Heart Problems Needs Your Help

Chloe, a German Shepherd rescue, is the lovable dog of Novi owners who have had her for the past seven years. 

She was diagnosed earlier this year with congestive heart failure, which causes fluid accumulation in the lungs. To help pay for her treatment, Chloe's owners turned to GoFundMe.com, an online fund-raising website, for help.

"She is on a cocktail of medications after the emergency trip to the veterinary cardiologists and is stable, but will need ongoing bloodwork, medications, and check-ups. I maxed out both my own and my sisters' Care Credit cards and need help making sure my "daughter" gets the care she needs while she's here. She would do it for me," reads the GoFundMe.com campaign page.
