Naked Woman Shocked By What She Saw While Tanning

A woman who wanted to avoid tan lines and shucked her clothing before entering a stand-up tanning booth got an eyeful when she looked up to discover the source of a disconcerting noise a shower of dust.

An alleged peeper crawling around in the ceiling of the Grandville, MI, Planet Fitness was staring down at her through grates, MLive reports. The man, later identified as Cody Postmus, 27, of Jenison, fled on foot when he was discovered.

Police identified Postmus through the victim’s description, surveillance images and customer identification information, obtained a probable cause warrant and arrested Postmus.

Postmus, who has a 2009 misdemeanor conviction for obscene disorderly conduct, has been charged with surveilling an unclothed person. He reportedly told police that he hid in the ceiling of the Planet Fitness building to "observe the victim while nude,” MLive said.

Postmus was still in jail Tuesday. His bond is 10 percent of $25,000.
