Two adjoining retail spaces remain vacant in the plaza with Qdoba Mexican Grill in Novi.
The two spots are new developments across from Novi Town Center at 26401B and 26401C Novi Road, south of I-96.
Clay J. Pearson, Novi's city manager, said the plaza was built fresh from the ground up after the Big Boy restaurant there closed and was torn down. So far, Qdoba Mexican Grill is the only occupant.
