Power Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a general name for any flowing style of yoga. It is a class where we link breath with movement to create a moving meditation. It is a vigorous flow of postures (asanas) to build stamina, strength and flexibility while promoting weight loss. It involves cardio and strength-building exercises, as well as some core work and a handful of asanas to increase flexibility. The asana sequences will be performed to balance and counter-balance the body. Come join us to move through shapes and forms in a flowing state of grace!
