Community Update

The service department has been okay, but the sales department is very disappointing. My wife and I went to purchase a 2013 Town and Country because we read about an incentive on the Chrysler website. The salesperson said that in order to qualify for that rate we had to be military, a recent grad, and receive the employee discount. Instead they said the best rate we could get on a lease was almost $100 more a month than the advertised incentive. I called Chrysler's incentive division and found out the sales person was incorrect. I went to another dealer and received the correct price.

I will never trust this dealer again for anything.
