1. Spring Plant Sale
When: Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.Where: MSU Tollgate Farm, 28115 Meadowbrook Road in Novi
What: The Tollgate Plant Sale is an annual fund raising event held by the volunteers to benefit the development and maintenance of the Tollgate gardens. This event is a very popular way to shop for that special plant addition. Selections include many donated plants from volunteers as well as plant divisions from the Tollgate gardens. Master Gardeners are on-hand to assist with garden related questions.
2. Indoor Gardening Expo
When: Saturday to SundayWhere: Suburban Collection Showplace
What: Maximum Yield’s ‘Grow Like a Pro’ Indoor Gardening Expo Tour stops in Novi on Saturday and Sunday at the Suburban Collection Showplace. Doors will open to the industry only from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. The expo will be open to the general public from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Click the link above for more details.
3. Rouge Rescue 2013
When: Saturday 10 a.m. to noonWhere: Rotary Park, 22220 Roethel Drive in Novi
What: Hand tools and shovels are recommended. It's a day of planting, pruning, weeding, trail clearing, mulching and river clean up. Volunteers receive a picnic lunch at noon from Novi Rotary Club.
4. Novi Senior All Night Party Community Walk Through
When: Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.Where: Novi High School
What: The Novi High School Senior All Night Party committee would like to express its thanks for all of the generous donations provided by businesses and individuals. Without their support, this event would not be possible. Join the committee for a community walk through at Novi High School to see the exciting environment you are helping provide.
