Looking to catch the Novi High School spring musical? The students are performing this weekend — don't forget to mark it on your calendar. This year's musical is Legally Blonde, based on the blockbuster film and the novel by Amanda Brown. Performances are April 19, 20 and 21 at 7 p.m. in the Novi High School auditorium. Tickets cost $13 for adults and $10 for seniors 65 and older and for children younger than 12. You can purchase your tickets online, in the NHS Atrium from 10:30 a.m. to noon this week, or at the door. Know about an important deadline coming up? Novi High has done it again. Elle Woods, played by senior Brooke Meisel, captivates the audience from the moment she hits the stage. Her angelic voice and quirky persona strike the perfect mix to bring her character and her Delta Nu girls to life on the stage. NHS has assembled a wonderful, engaging cast for their musical and it's sure to be a standard to meet for musicals from here on out. more ›
