The fun part about how I do my business revolves around listening and learning what a clients needs are whether they are a buyer or looking to sell its been benificial to have that experience and knowledge of 22 years. With 1,000+ clients over the years, I am excited to have a ton of referals. Learning who a client is and what important amenities are out there help me do whats best for the client. Seriously at the end of the day, people want to know someone is looking out for them. Once I have established that trust, friendships begin, and I do my best for my clients because I want to. Thats the place in my mind that I work out of. Don't get me wrong, I have the aggressive hard hitting marketing plan to back it up. I have the internal drive and confidence to negotiate tough and keep those extra dollars in my client pockets. I have decided to dedicate my life to this business and I fully understand at the end of the day without my clients not much can happen. Even the CEO of RE/MAX asked me to sell a family home and within 30 days the home was sold, she was kind enough to write a letter of reference. As far as goals go, I am very structured, propspecting everyday, staying in touch with past and current clients. Constantly staying on top of the market.
