How did your business get started? The buisiness is a Franchise with over 150 stores. I purchased the first Michigan Franchise in August of 2012. I am a 20 year veteran of the US Naval Reserve and I worked 18 years in Automotive (12 at Ford) and decided I wanted to help put people back to work, so I bought the Franchise.

What products and services does your business provide? We repair cracked screens on all phones, Samsung, HTC, and Apple for example. We can fix any issue with a phone, speaker issues, charging issues, power buttons even water damage. We fix game systems Xbox, PS and all others. We fix music players like the iPod. We fix iPads, laptops and camera's. We Buy, Sell & Trade Phones too.

What do you want your business to be best known for? Quality of service, our main goal is customer satisfaction through friendly service, a 6 month guarantee on repairs, quick turn around. All repairs are done on site and can be done in 90 minutes or less. Our staff of professional technicians are backed by a national technical center and can do soldering at the circuit board level.
